FDH Aero islooking for a temporary Warehouse Operative who will assist Warehouse Team on full time basis. This individual will be involved in all aspects of warehouse activity including receiving picking packing and shipping goods. They will be able to pick inventory to high level of accuracy. They will follow standard work instructions and maintain company procedures. The Warehouse Operative will follow all HS&E regulations and achieve company objectives and highest level of customer satisfaction while assisting with any other activities that may be considered a function of the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Picking of stock with a high level of accuracy
- Inspection of customer orders to ensure Right first time
- Packing of customer orders to strict cut off times
- Releasing of orders to couriers
- Undertake cycle counts and stock takes as required
- Maintain the safe handling storage and identification of goods in accordance with relevant procedures
- Any other Stores duties as requested by the Supervisor/line Manager
Basic Qualifications:
- Preferred previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent time keeping
- Flexible to suit the business needs
- Ability to multitask
- Physically fit
- Excellent housekeeping
- Excellent attention to detail
- Numerate and literate
- Excellent team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines when under pressure
- Excellent I.T skills
