South Puget Sound Community College seeks a highly motivated and qualified candidate for the position ofCustomer Support Specialist 3in the Outreach Recruitment and Assessmentdepartment.
The Customer Service Specialist 3 in the Outreach & Recruitment Department reports directly to the Coordinator of Outreach & Recruitment. The Customer Service Specialist helps to ensure support of the Welcome Center which assists prospective students in the enrollment steps and current students to check in for services in the Center for Student Success building.
Responsibilities and duties of the Customer Service Specialist 3 include but are not limited to the following:
