Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by coaching and providing feedback to the team.
- Educate Managers and Team Members on ChickfilA customer service standards and productivity.
- Coordinate with the front of house team to ensure service meets customer expectations.
- Report to the Owner/Operator and work with other executive directors.
- Ensure smooth Kitchen / BOH shifts and delegate tasks as needed.
- Monitor and manage inventory for BOH and kitchen supplies.
- Demonstrate understanding of key positions in the front of the store.
- Evaluate and make changes based on Profit and Labor Reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 12 years relevant work experience in kitchen service hospitality environment or restaurant management is required.
- Must have basic computer and iPad competencies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs stand for up to 8 hours and be physically active for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when necessary.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to understand and evaluate the Profit and Labor Reports.
- Open Availability preferred. Friday and Saturday availability required.
