Position Summary: Madison Core Laboratories Phlebotomists are responsible for efficiently and accurately collecting blood and specimen samples for laboratory analysis depending on their specific facility. This position will be expected to work a flexible work schedule serving Dothan and surrounding areas. (Working Hours could range between 5:30am 5pm)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently collect blood and specimen samples based on facility needs
- Identify patients and their personal information using a form of ID and/or medical records
- Ensure quality and quantity of collected samples
- Label samples correctly and send or deliver for testing
- Answer related patient questions and provide useful information
- Adhere to all health and safety standards while working in the facility and/or traveling
- Follows instructions and other duties as directed by supervisor

Experience:
- 3 years of related experience Preferred
Education:
- H.S. Diploma Required
Certificates Licenses Registrations:
- Phlebotomy Certification Preferred
