Description
We are seeking a highquality Intern with a diverse set of experiences and skillsets to work with our Software Support team. This will be a hybrid position with expectations of remote work and in office work.
Responsibilities
- Participate in projects related to:
- Knowledge Management assist in planning creating and managing content and practices
- Documentation assist in creating new documentation and updating existing documentation
- Educational Video Content assist in planning creating and editing content
- Data and trend analysis related to client support cases
- Other projects or tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be a junior or senior seeking a degree in Computer Sciences Management Information Science Information Technology Business Communications Marketing or related disciplines
- Must have a GPA of 3.00 or higher (or equivalent) overall in major
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent decision making and problemsolving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Facility with web technologies
- Facility with Microsoft Office
