Job Description
What to expect.
You will provide compassionate care to individuals 12 with complex eating disorders. You will have an opportunity to collaborate with a team of highly trained professionals to support our patients as they navigate their journey towards recovery.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive clinical social work services in collaboration with primary therapist and treatment team.
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions using evidencebased modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Conducting patient and family interviews to identify psychosocial issues create treatment plans and continuously assess and track patient progress.
- Creating and supporting the of discharge and aftercare plans.
*LMSW candidates are expected to obtain their LCSWC license within 3 years of accepting this role. As a part of your benefits package Sheppard Pratt will provide a boardapproved supervisor to oversee your clinical supervision hours at no cost to you.
What we need from you.
- Must possess one of the following Maryland licenses at time of hire:
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Certified Social Worker Clinical (LCSWC)
- Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to license and years and level of related experience. The pay range for this position is $61k $88k.
