Kickboxing Coach

1. Teach Kickboxing Conditioning Group Classes Youth & Adult Classes:
   • Develop and lead dynamic group classes focusing on kickboxing conditioning.
   • Design workouts that improve cardiovascular fitness strength and agility.
   • Heavy bags mitt work manikins etc.
   • Provide motivating and engaging sessions for participants.
2. Conduct Kickboxing Technique Group Classes Youth & Adult Classes:
   • Instruct group classes emphasizing proper kickboxing techniques and skills.
   • Incorporate drills to enhance footwork defensive maneuvers and offensive strategies.
   • Light partner drills/sparring.
   • Ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
3. OneonOne Personal Training Sessions:
   • Offer personalized boxing training sessions for individuals seeking focused attention.
   • Tailor workouts to meet individual fitness goals and skill levels.
   • Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback.
4. Technical Expertise:
   • Possess formal technical boxing training.
   • Bring amateur or professional boxing experience to the coaching role.
   • Share insights and knowledge gained from personal experience in the boxing arena.
5. Coaching and Training Experience:
   • Prior coaching or training experience is preferred.
   • Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and motivate participants.
6. PartTime Schedule:
   • Work 12 evenings/week or Saturdays for 12 hours per day.
   • Commit to providing highquality coaching during scheduled sessions.
7. Gym Access:
   • As an employee of the gym enjoy full access to all group classes and amenities.
   • Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

• Formal boxing training with technical proficiency.
• Amateur or professional boxing experience.
• Prior coaching or training experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
