Responsibilities
Under general supervision and with medical consultation and direction performs physical psychosocial assessment; establishes medical diagnosis; orders and evaluate diagnostic tests; manages follow up care; does other related work as required. Responsibilities include performing physical examinations developing treatment plans ordering and interpreting lab tests and results along with providing preventative healthcare and counseling.
Qualifications
- A college degree as a Physicians Assistant from a recognized university affiliated with a medical school
- Please refer to the Medical Staff Guidelines for certifications and credentialing applicable to this position.
PREFERRED
Two to five years of experience with a medical practice setting where diagnosis treatment and patient education were the main focus of the role
