Salary relative to experience and ranges from $125693 to $ 138510 plussuper and leave loading

The role
You will lead a team to deliver frontline workplace services ensuring the efficient safe and secure operation of multiple office locations. You will oversee service delivery reporting and compliance while identifying and leading projects to improve efficiencies and capabilities. Your role includes managing supplier relationships stakeholder engagement and supporting a high standard of workplace experience for staff and visitors alike.
Bringing your experience in managing workplace services within modern complex environments you will demonstrate the ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships and enhance operational processes. You will provide strategic leadership to ensure seamless workplace operations driving continuous improvement initiatives to support an agile and highperforming work environment.

What you will bring to the role
Proven leadership skills to manage workplace services teams in dynamic and agile environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills to maintain high service standards and foster collaboration.
Experience managing workplace systems leading projects and improving service efficiencies.
