Job Description
Experienced Discipline Lead for Planning within a large defence organisation. The Planning Lead must be capable of driving innovation and improvement within the Planning team whilst maintaining delivery across the planning team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement planning and scheduling best practices
Lead a team of planners ensuring highquality project schedules
Drive the use of scheduling software such as Primavera P6
Monitor project performance identifying risks and opportunities
Work closely with stakeholders to align schedules with project objectives
Requirements:
Extensive experience in project planning and scheduling leadership
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and scheduling methodologies
Background in complex infrastructure energy or construction projects
Excellent stakeholder management and problemsolving skills
Qualifications :
Experience leading teams of planning professionals. Demonstrable experience of improving Planning delivery. SC security cleared or clearable.
