We are looking for a Salesforce Enterprise Architectto join ourSalesforce Deliveryteam inNorth America.
This is an exciting position where youll be driving customer engagements by determining process gaps and pain points then rapidly designing and implementing bestinclass solutions across multiple industry verticals with a focus on Revenue Cloud. Ultimately as an Architect you will serve as the primary design owner and trusted SME for all related deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Support demand generation activities including providing subject matter expertise thought leadership and sales cycle support
- Lead strategic road mapping solution architecture and delivery of Salesforce Revenue Cloud to unify business processes firm wide.
- Oversee endtoend delivery and adoption of Salesforce solutions across sales service marketing finance and operations teams.
- Define and manage programs to drive Salesforce effectiveness and user adoption through training and change management.
- Establish integrations between Salesforce and Spaulding Ridges technology portfolio.
- Perform handson configuration of security data models processes rules and approval flows to meet business requirements.
- Optimize quotetocash processes through CPQ tools selfservice channels and automated renewals.
- Implement billing solutions and revenue recognition processes to enable subscription management.
- Define metrics and reports to measure process quality and user adoption to resolve issues.
- Identify expansion opportunities across existing client relationships
- Mentor and develop consulting teams on Revenue Cloud
Qualifications:
- 6 years in enterprise Salesforce delivery and solution architecture
- Expertise with leadtocash technologies including CPQ/CLM Billing Payments Orders
- Experience implementing finance solutions like orders billing and revenue recognition
- Handson configuration and development skills on the Salesforce platform
- Ability to lead large global delivery teams in an Agile environment
- Outstanding relationship management and strategic planning ability
- Strong functional/technical background in cloud platforms (Salesforce managed services digital transformation)
- Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
