Job Description
Position Title:Lift Operator
Reports To:Lift Operations Manager
EmploymentStatus:Seasonal;Fulltime or Parttime
Job Summary:
Liftoperatoris a fulltime/part timeseasonal winterpositionwho willberesponsible forensuringthesafety of our guestsand staffwhile loading riding and unloadingthe chairliftsaccording to allprotocols.
Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:
- Be ready toworkanyposition at allliftson any given day.
- Properly fill outdaily paperwork.
- Communicate theneeds of the lift tolead operatorsuch asdaily lift logstools and snowblower fuel.
- Must be able to follow directionstohelpkeep the lift areamaintained.
- Willhelp thelift shacksstay clean andgarbage freedaily.
- Properdaily setup and tear down of lift lines.
- Know what your own body needs to stayfedhydrated dry and warm up whenneeded.
- Be ready to learn andworkdiligentlyto support your team.
- Able to answer questions and educate guests on resort policies and procedures
- Escalate guest complaints or concerns directly to a supervisor or manager.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years old or older.
- No experience; must complete Brundage lift operator training
Other Requirements:
- Be On Time.
- Have reliablemeans of getting to work.
- Able to worka full shift and insometimes adverse weather conditions.
- Be able to lift 50lbs climb balance kneel crouch crawl stand walk push pull grasp feel hear see and perform repetitive motions.
