Job Description
As the Senior Product Manager for Datadog Resiliency youll own the vision roadmap and of capabilities that provide customers observability continuity for their workloads deployed in the cloud in data centers and at the edge. Youll work closely with a diverse set of customers to understand how they manage their infrastructure and application footprint their business continuity plan and needs and what longterm capabilities they would like in Datadog to meet their observability resiliency needs. Youll work with product teams across Datadog to ensure successful product delivery identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and create new business opportunities.

What Youll Do:
- Work backwards from the customers to understand their needs synthesize feedback and provide recommendations for Datadog Resiliency roadmap
- Own the product onboarding experience for Datadog Resiliency
- Work closely with multiple engineering teams across Datadog to identify dependencies and gain alignment to launch new capabilities
- Leverage data to provide customer insights improve customer experiences and help make critical product decisions
Who You Are:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience or equivalent technical experience ideally at a SaaS and/or Observability company
- You have a strong technical background and/or sense of the day in the life of an engineer shipping maintaining or securing a distributed cloud application. Experience working with open source community and microservices architectures is a plus
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to present and defend your ideas to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- You are customerobsessed with a high quality standard for the product to be delivered
- You have a strong bias for action
- You provide datadriven and feedbackbased recommendations
- You have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or equivalent experience
- You are based in New York or Boston or are willing to relocate before starting the job
