About the Role:

PitchBook seeks a leader to serve as a Manager for the West Coast Customer Success Management team. This Manager will be responsible for leading the team to achieve performance goals ensure ongoing knowledge development across the team and drive customer adoption.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and lead Customer Success Managers to achieve customer adoption and engagement goals by creating an environment that empowers personal and organizational growth
  • Identify and drive key objectives and results for a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Hold their team of Customer Success Managers accountable to standard operating procedures
  • Continuous innovation in value creation and implementation of PitchBook into each customers workflow
  • Cross collaborate with other departments from Product to Research to provide actionable feedback and help innovate our internal processes
  • Encourage their team to collaborate across the global team to discuss and respect diverse perspectives
  • Participate and contribute to Customer Success and Sales Leadership meetings
  • Align with Account Management around crosssell upsell and focus on new customer onboarding
  • Grow the Customer Lifetime Value of our clients
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 4 years of experience in either account management customer success or sales
  • 2 years as a team lead or manager
  • Team player who enjoys working as part of a global and closeknit team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Relentless drive to ensure Customers Are King
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including indepth knowledge of Outlook Word and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily

Compensation

  • Annual base salary: $155000
  • Annual on target variable commission of fully ramped representative meeting expectations: $20000

Working Conditions:

We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. The current expectation for this role is that you are working in the office 5 days/week. During an initial phone screen the team will discuss expectations for this specific position.

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an ongoing basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
