You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob Summary: The banquet bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to club members and guests during banquets and events. The banquet bartender will work closely with the Director of Sales & Events Events Manager Food & Beverage Director and Manager and Executive Chef.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Because of the fluctuating demands of the Clubs operation it may be necessary that each employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore as an essential part of your job you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises just as other employees are expected to help you. Accordingly you may be expected to perform other tasks not specifically addressed above.
Reports to: Directof of Sales & Events Events Manager Food & Beverage Director Restaurant Managers and Executive Chef

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 12 years bartending experience required. Strong knowledge of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages drink recipes and proper mixing techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skill. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays. Must be able to work legally in the United States.
Language/Communication: Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or coworkers the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English). Must be able to work as part of a team and maintain open communication with managers and fellow coworkers. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests or members of the community. Must display professional demeanor and communicate in professional language at all times.
Certificates/Licenses/Safety Training: State accredited Alcohol Training Certification is required within 30 days of employment. California Food Handlers Card required upon hire.
