Summary
CHS is hiring anAccounts Payable Operations Financial Analyst. This position will enhance organization performance through partnering with Finance Shared Services employees and stakeholders to identify and implement reporting analytics and process improvements to become best in class. Specifically the transformation will include improving business processes driving results by providing greater transparency into service level agreements creating efficiencies through innovative solutions with a focus on standardization process optimization and improved governance. This position will be the subject matter expert for the Coupa Sourcing tool and will be responsible for standardizing the Coupa AP process.
Responsibilities
- Drive process improvement initiatives for Accounts Payable anticipating and ensuring development and maintenance of robust scalable service capabilities (Processes systems Policies/procedures organization and compliance) to support the companys growth.
- Build relationships at all levels of the organization to facilitate collaboration across business departments and functions to deliver desired program outcomes.
- Participate and represent the team as the subject matter expert evaluate and ensure accounts payable processes are designed and built to function in an efficient manner.
- Utilize Lean methodologies to lead continuous improvement initiatives across FSS.
- Be an active and visible coach and mentor to project team members and can influence without authority.
- Drive supplier invoice automation and standards.
- Manages internal and supplier escalations to resolution.
- Create standard work instructions and training materials.
- Identify potential process solutions.
- Manage and analyze the daily backlog reporting and design gap fixes to make sure backlogs are at manageable levels.
- Design Coupa Inbox reporting.
- Develop executive level Power BI reports that will generate monthly metrics and quarterly KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to use automation and data to improve business performance.
- Support initiatives through analytical projects providing strategic insights and requirements documentation to the organization.
- Assist in development and report on KPIs service level agreements metrics and key strategic priorities to achieve best in class results.
- Support Finance Shared Services continuous improvement initiatives through report writing and data analytics.
- Perform Other duties as assigned or required.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 3 plus years experience in accounts payable or financial shared services.
- Coupa experience or Procure to Pay end to end system knowledge.
- Ability to guide cross functional teams to successful completion of deliverables.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to work independently multitask provide customer support influence others meet deadlines and problem solve daily. This must be done with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to facilitate meetings and effectively lead discussions.
- Requires the ability to take complex issues and explain to others within the organization to allow them to gain an understanding.
Additional Qualifications
- 2 plus years of experience working Coupa PTP.
- Analysis metric / reporting certifications
- Indepth knowledge of accounts payable within SAP JD Edwards and Coupa.
- Experience with automated workflow tool.
- Experience with EDI.
- Deep experience in Excel PowerPoint etc.
