Job Description

A Day in the Life of a Leader at ChickfilA Poplar Avenue
Leaders are expected to work 40 hours/week at ChickfilA Poplar Avenue and are responsible for either day or night operations for one or more of the following shifts:
Day Shifts: 5am 2pm
Mid Shifts: 11am 7pm
Night Shifts: 2pm 11pm
You will be responsible daily for leading in all aspects of shift management ensuring operational excellence from your team of up to 40 people and that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Those responsibilities include:
- Enacting the Operators vision each day
- Adhering to all Company policies and procedures
- Achieving the desired business results with sales hospitality and food safety
- Leading by example
- Coaching the behaviors and results of all Team Members including:

Urgency creating a surprisingly accurate and fast speed of service
Diligence Attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed
Cleanliness of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
Food Safety Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
Personal Responsibility Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of your assigned area
