GEOINT (RADAR) Processing Systems Engineer TS/SCI
GEOINT Radar SME
Provides technical support to facilitate the development of GEOINT capabilities cooperatively with development contractors and mission partners.
- Perform engineering and analysis to ensure programs successfully develop and deliver core mission processing services in all phases of the acquisition life cycle
- Interface directly with development Prime Contractors in the role of oversight monitoring of software development and integration activities and ensuring alignment with Government requirements and objectives
- Manage projects and conduct assessment including technical baseline schedules dependencies risks and cost impacts
- Advise architectural decisions to include investment strategies acquisition portfolio priorities risk assessment of project
- Conduct Strategic planning for both mission architecture needs (technical trade studies definition of future architecture planning software service recommendations etc. and programmatic (Program Budget Guidance cost estimation generation of acquisition schedules)
- Develop Concepts of Operations (CONOPS)
- Develop enterprise system functional performance and interface requirements
Qualifications:
- TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
- Bachelors degree in Sciences Technology Engineering or Business Management with appropriate technical experience
- 6 years experience with IC DoD and/or commercial space architectures systems and/or operations
- Demonstrated experience in requirements development
- Demonstrated experience in processing methodology of Radar
- Experience in Radar tasking command & control collection processing and dissemination
- Experience in Space Systems Ground Software Space Development Programs or Mission Operations programs
