The ServiceNow Platform Administrator is responsible for the daytoday management and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures the platform operates seamlessly by managing incidents handling tickets performing minor configurations and collaborating with the development team to enhance functionality and prevent future issues. The administrator will also oversee knowledge base (KB) article creation and training initiatives to improve user adoption and selfservice capabilities.
Heres What Youll Do:
Monitor and manage operational incidents and tickets ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.
Perform minor configuration changes such as updating forms workflows and user permissions.
Conduct routine system health checks and ensure integrations and automated workflows are functioning properly.
Diagnose and resolve platform issues escalating complex problems to specialized teams when necessary.
Maintain and update knowledge base (KB) articles to enhance selfservice support.
Provide training and support to endusers to improve ServiceNow adoption and efficiency.
Generate reports on platform performance and usage metrics for management review.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to prioritize and communicate platform changes and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with system security integrity and availability policies.
Heres What Youll Need:
24 years of experience in supporting and administering the ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of ITSM processes including Incident Problem Change and CMDB modules.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
Heres What Youll Bring to the table:
Experience managing and resolving incidents while adhering to SLAs.
Proven ability to perform system configurations and troubleshoot platform issues.
Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
