Our Ideal Candidate
As a Crew Chief you will play a pivotal role in leading managing and coaching our crew members to achieve operational success. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring safety protocols are followed and maintaining the highest standards of work quality. This position requires strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Basic Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferably in construction
- Strong leadership organizational and decisionmaking skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations relevant to industry/field.
- Ability to perform physical tasks requiring heavy lifting bending kneeling and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and allweather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively leading the team.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Physical capability to navigate within confined crawl spaces.
- Possession of a valid drivers license with the capability to operate a company vehicle.
- Ability to lift weights of up to 70lbs.
Preferred Qualifications **
- High school diploma or equivalent.
More Specifics on Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent excellent customer experiences in installation.
- Lead and manage a team of crew members ensuring efficient and effective completion of projects.
- Develop and implement work schedules assignments and production sequences to meet production goals.
- Monitor work processes materials and surroundings to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to crew members enhancing their skills and performance.
- Inspect materials products and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate with managers customers peers and team members effectively ensuring smooth operation of the team.
- Handle administrative tasks related to crew management including timekeeping and reporting.
