The Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional to join our thriving pediatric primary care practice. The ideal candidate will be experienced collaborative and eager to provide highquality care to children and adolescents. Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with our medical team to provide integrated behavioral health care.
- Conduct initial evaluations triage and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy informed interventions Parent Management Training and brief interventions.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and maintain excellent communication skills including timely documentation and billing.
- Provide culturally competent familycentered care to a diverse patient population.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Licensed Certified Social WorkerClinical (LCSWC) or Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
- Experience providing behavioral health care to children aged 518 years old.
- Proficient diagnosing and treating children and adolescents with ADHD Anxiety and Depression
- Strong skills in evaluation triage and development of treatment plans.
- Experience with delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
- Ability to work effectively within a medical team ensuring holistic care coordination.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with behavior management for toddlers.
- Experience with Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Autism.
- Expertise in Parent Management Training and Brief Interventions.
- Demonstrated cultural competence in working with a wide range of patients.
- Ability to deliver familycentered care and support.
