Job Description
An exciting job role has recently become available in Enfield. They are looking for a new member for their Mental Health Team.

Job Duties:
- Undertake assessment of need and establish eligibility for services under Fairer Access to Care and the Care Programme
- To manage monitor and review care plans involving service users and carers in liaison with the other workers and agencies as necessary to meet service users assessed need.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Postqualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
