School of Physics and Astronomy
Fulltime 35 hours per week
Fixed term contract starting 9th June 2025 12 weeks
We are looking for a Student Information Site Intern as part of the Employ.ed on Campus programme to support the School of Physics and Astronomy development of a new student information site in SharePoint.
The Opportunity:
As part of the School of Physics and Astronomys student communications review this role will play a key part in the development and creation of a new studentfacing site on SharePoint and support the crucial migration phase of this project. Post holder will also review examples of communications best practice and contribute to the improvement of an internal communications framework allowing the new intranet site to complement other forms of communications.
This post is fulltime 35 hours per week); however we are open to considering parttime or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a noncontractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular oncampus working.

It offers exclusive summer internships at the University over the summer for 2nd year to penultimate year undergraduate students from the University of Edinburgh based in the UK.
