The Opportunity
What youll be involved in:
- Lead a global Product team to deliver Commerce capabilities that are necessary for Maropost to compete in the fastestgrowing markets around the world.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Commerce strategy leveraging all Maroposts product capabilities.
- Design deliver and champion and the Commerce roadmap that fulfills the Maropost business strategy and vision.
- Provide thought leadership to a highly engaged diverse creative and capable team.
- Provide data driven insights ROI analysis and costumer insights to drive growth/sales.
- Partner with CTO Engineering and GTM teams to deliver effective solutions to market.
- Champion the creation of integrated marketing efforts across multiple channels to communicate. products positioning value proposition and ROI to existing and prospective clients.
- Act on emerging trends in the Commerce space to deliver marketdisrupting solutions.
- Manage and grow empowered productmanagement teams.
- Oversee all product management functions and track results.
What youll bring to Maropost:
- 8 years of extensive product management leadership experience building and launching commerce applications.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within Product Management.
- Ability to align both internal and external stakeholders toward a common goal drive results and facilitate change.
- A demonstrable understanding of the eCommerce space trends and key players.
- Knowledge and practical experience of product development life cycle and agile development methodology is a must.
- Experience presenting to large groups of people including customers partners and conferences.
- Handson experience with web applications.
- Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis to daytoday management.
- Experience managing the product portfolio of a SaaS company.
- Experience in trade show industry is a plus.
Skills we also highly appreciate and look for:
Deeply knowledgeable about Storefront Builders and Shopping Cart Solutions.
Deep understanding of the Payments side of eCommerce.
Solid understanding of Inventory Management and Order Fulfillment.
Knowledge of Tax Rules (origin base vs destination base tax settings).
