Job Description:
This positions primary role is to coordinate with Finance Manufacturing Purchasing Product Management Sales Contracts and Customers as needed to facilitate the following as part of the Order Management process and will focus on Ship/Bill NonProject Orders.
Job Duties:
- Monitors Backlog Open Commitments and Return Material reports
- Processes RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) Debits Credits and Restocking fees
- Meet established delivery requirements and facilitates coordination with Customer if needed
- Confirm shipping terms align with purchase order. Coordinate to make adjustments when needed
- Updates OnTime Delivery (OTD) and Customer Request Date (CRD) within the MRP system.
- Updates Projected Ship date for Non Standard vendor/Standard vendor and Services with the MRP system.
- Notifies Manufacturing of any Projected Ship Date updates to Production items
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related disciplines
