The person in this role will work on budgets including specifying and coordinates the acquisition of furniture and fixtures for assigned construction projects. Furnishes architects engineers and contractors Stanford Health Care Interiors Standards & specifications to properly prepare finishes furniture and fixtures and provides interior design and space planning services. Act as a liaison between the stakeholders and all other project participants including consultants contractors and furniture dealers.
A Brief Overview
The Design and Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing the daytoday efforts related to programming planning design construction and activation of small projects for the Stanford Health Care (SHC) under the general supervision of the Director. Ensures completion of projects within budget on schedule while meeting all program objectives and appropriate governmental regulations. Also acts as a liaison between the client/users and all other project participants including consultants contractors vendors and outside jurisdictional agencies.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $64.58 $85.57 per hourThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
