Job: Delivery Driver
Location: Papworth Everard
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join our clients Wholesale team. As a Van Driver you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic excellent driving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Temp to Perm looking for long term
- Hours: Early start 0400 Approximate end of shift
- Shifts are Monday to Saturday one day off in the week. Sunday off
- Pay rates:
- Van 12.00 p/h
- 7.5t 13.50 p/h
- Responsibilities
Safely operate and maintain the delivery van
Load and unload goods from the van
Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Maintain delivery records and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
Perform vehicle inspections and routine maintenance
Qualifications
Valid drivers license must be over 25 for insurance
Proven experience as a Van Driver or similar role
Excellent driving record Max 3 points
Knowledge of safe driving practices
Strong customer service skills
