Optician

We are currently seeking an Optician to join our team at the Minneapolis VA Optical shop. The ideal candidate should be selfmotivated experienced and dependable with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. This is a fulltime position with regular hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Veterans in a friendly professional and expedient manner.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• Adhere to security clearance requirements by passing a background check.

Qualifications:

• Must be an ABO Certified Optician or acquire within 2 years.
• Experience in a similar role is required.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable and selfmotivated.
