About This Role
iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Assembler n our Cypress CA location.
Our production environment is fast paced with a collaborative atmosphere. Most of all we are passionate about delivering innovations that improve the quality of health care and the patient experience. We are looking for likeminded individuals to join our team today!
Specific job responsibilities include:
- Follow HIPAA ISO 13485 Joint Commission and OSHA standards
- Follow all Work Instructions SOPs and safety requirements
- Comply with IRhythms policy procedures and quality standards and safety and environmental regulations
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to read write and communicate in English
- High attention to detail
- Look for continuous improvements opportunities
- Ability to work towards a highquality standard
- Communicates any stoppages on the line to the lead
- Perform routine minor maintenance
- Familiar with or ability to learn proper Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive (ESD) handling processes & procedures
- Keep a clean and wellmaintained workspace
- 025 completed of level 1 of production training Matrix
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time during a full shift Soft Skills:

Experience:
- Minimum 0 2 years related experience in a medical device manufacturing or ISO registered
- High School Diploma/ GED preferred but not required
