Position Overview:
Northwest Permanente P.C. is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our Longview/Kelso clinic community. Candidates should have experience with telehealth and digital health or adaptability to incorporate virtual care into practice.

$477000 to $554000 Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*
- Salary: $271000 to $308000
- 21 employer contribution to retirement programs including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21 of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)

- Paid annual education leave $2K annual education allowance
- Primary Care Panel Incentive up to $55K
In addition to Projected Total Compensation value New Hire Incentives include:
