Job Description
Your tasks
- You develop and maintain simulation platforms and testing infrastructure to support our robotics initiatives.
- You support and manage automated pipelines to ensure efficient testing of merge requests and the overall stability of our systems.
- You build and deploy containerized robot environments enabling colleagues to address realworld challenges and develop innovative software features.
Requirements
- You hold a Bachelors Masters or PhD in Robotics Computer Science or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience with strong programming skills in Python (evidenced by one or more large projects) C and ideally ROS.
- You are familiar with at least one simulator or game engine such as Gazebo Unity Unreal or Isaac Sim for 3D physics simulations with realistic rendering.
- You are experienced with container engines like Docker or Podman.
- You are a strong communicator and collaborate well across teams
- You are fluent in English. German knowledge is a plus
- Well be extra excited if you have:
- Experience working with URDF models and real robots.
- Proficiency in Linux build systems and continuous integration (CI) pipelines.
- Handson experience deploying to cloud environments.
- A history of contributing to opensource projects.
