Job Description
Gossett Motors is seeking anAutomotive Service Concierge / Greeter to join our team. This is an entrylevel position with great opportunity for internalpromotion. Well invest in the right employee and want to see you succeed with our organization.
Gossett Motorsis one of the largest privately owned Automotive Dealer Groups in West Tennessee is expanding its line of franchises and is seeking talented professional individuals with the ambition and aptitude to become part of the retail automotive industry. We are searching for aggressive energetic moneymotivated individuals with positive attitudes. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of service lane cleaning as needed.
- Assist the Service Advisors accordingly andlearn their rolewithin the organization as potential career path.
- Provides administrative assistance as needed.
- Liaison between the service sales and parts department.
- Maintain service lane flow in a timely and efficient manner ensuring that cars that are dropped off are immediately relocated.
- Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms reports etc. when needed.
- Continually learn about product updates features accessories inventory and their benefits to the customer.
- Ensure security of inventory by walking the lot andchecking that all vehicles are locked and windows are rolled up.
- Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Partake in follow up calls Tuesday through Friday that streamline service communication and provide insight into those roles in the department.
- Review past day repair orders and set up appointment as needed.
- Attend service meetings and training sessions as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- No experience necessary but must be customer serviceoriented.
- High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred.
- Service or hospitality industry experience a PLUS!
- Automotive experience a PLUS!
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Must be engaging inquisitive curious with a overaggressive/always willing to help attitude.
- Must have drive passion and confidence to be successful.
- A desire and ability to work in a performance and process driven environment.
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Selfstarter and selfmotivator.
- Confidence in your ability to be successful.
- Great attitude with highenergy.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
