Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Run register with accuracy.
- Operate our Guest Services booth.
- Properly handle any customer issues.
- Monitor customer flow and manage the number of lanes needed for efficiency.
- Assist with cashier inquiries in a timely fashion.
- Proactively assist customers with locating products or answering questions.
- Be a positive role model for our cashiers and carryouts.
- Be responsible for store closing procedures a couple of nights per week.
- A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better Food and Service.
- A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
- A willingness to practice theDLM Team Values:Be Honest Safe Helpful and HardWorking
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Lifting up to 40lbs.
- Must have holiday and weekend availability.
