About the Role:
A leading oil & gas company in Thailand is seeking an experienced Legacy Systems Lead to drive system migration and integration projects. This role is ideal for Thai candidates with 710 years of experience in legacy system architecture data management and integration technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legacy Systems Assessment Analyze current system capabilities limitations and dependencies with other business processes.
- Migration Strategy Development Define the roadmap for legacy system decommissioning or integration with modern technologies.
- System Integration & Compatibility Ensure seamless integration of legacy systems with new platforms.
- Data Migration & Management Oversee data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes.
- Technical Leadership & Support Provide guidance on legacy system modernization and best practices.
- Project Management Lead system migration projects and ensure smooth .
- Change Management Manage system transitions and support user adoption.
- PostMigration Support Provide ongoing technical assistance after migration.
Qualifications:
- Open to Thai candidates only
- 710 years of experience in IT focusing on legacy systems system migrations and integration projects
- Strong knowledge of legacy system architectures data management and integration technologies
- Experience with data migration tools techniques and modernization methodologies
- Strong project management communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and collaborate with stakeholders
