Leasing Agent
We are looking for a customerfocused and salesdriven Leasing Agent to join our team. This role involves assisting prospective residents managing the leasing process and ensuring an exceptional rental experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet qualify and guide prospects through the leasing process.
Conduct property tours highlight amenities and address inquiries.
Process applications verify documents and coordinate moveins.
Maintain accurate records of leads leases and renewals.
Provide excellent customer service and assist with resident concerns.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and sales skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Luxury leasing experience preferred.
