Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Business Analyst with a minimum of 10 years of experience in analyzing business domains processes and systems to assess business models and their integration with technology. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process design solution implementation and SAP functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent process requirements in program process design.
- Provide detailed designs for specific program processes.
- Conduct GAP analysis of business processes against SAP functionality.
- Execute unit testing for configuration and custom development.
- Support security data conversion batch and system response time testing.
- Provide initial postimplementation support to end users.
- Participate in solution scoping planning and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Ensure all solution gaps are identified and addressed in workshops.
- Support solution design activities and integration requirements for external systems.
- Provide Master Data inputs and review data conversion approaches.
- Validate business process design deliverables and determine UAT test scripts.
- Contribute to the development of technical architecture deliverables.
- Assist in solution testing during integration and user acceptance testing.
- Acquire solution knowledge for ongoing maintenance and postimplementation support.
- Review data definitions and assess their impact across modules.
- Work with user communities to understand and define data requirements.
- Ensure business requirements are met by the SAP system.
- Provide feedback to the change management team regarding communication change plans job role definitions and training materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce Information Technology or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Program Business Analyst.
- At least 7 years of experience in process reengineering at the program level.
- Minimum 7 years of experience writing use cases.
- Strong communication consulting and client relationship skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex business and technical concepts.
- Expertise in identifying framing and resolving business problems.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a public sector environment.
- Knowledge of the Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK).
