SUMMARY
The Associate Research Analyst position at ClearlyRated is responsible for aiding in the creation distribution management analysis and reporting of online surveybased research studies as well as supporting analysis and reporting on customer satisfaction surveys for ClearlyRated clients.
The position requires strong analytical organizational technical and time management skills while supporting several projects at once. The ideal Analyst has a natural curiosity and a desire to make a set of data come alive to tell a compelling story.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides worldclass service to support relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Reports survey results to clients summarizing results and highlighting key findings and storylines that most relate to client needs.
Performs data cleansing and analysis working with other analysts to create manipulate and organize data to be used for analysis.
Creates reports with written and data visualization elements based on data gathered through online surveys.
Assists internal teams with researchrelated materials and requests such as data points for thought leadership materials including onesheets webinars reports and other collateral.
Supports the survey design and process as necessary with the guidance of other Research Analysts.
Works within large and complicated data sets to determine key takeaways.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Respectfully takes direction from manager.
Maintains punctual regular and predictable attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS

Strong attention to detail especially when working with large complex data sets and elaborate research analysis and reporting.
Strong time management and prioritization abilities while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven experience using Tableau or other BI tools for data analysis and visualization.
Proficiency using MS Office Excel and PowerPoint required.
Proficiency in SQL
SPSS (nice to have) and other data management and analysis tools are preferred.
Excellent communication skills including written oral and presentation skills required in working with customers and coworkers.
Strong mathematical skills are required. Ability to effectively understand analyze and manipulate numerical data.
Ability to learn new software efficiently. Must be adept at using various applications including database spreadsheet report writing project management word processing and presentation creation/editing.
Ability to interpret data to inform business decisions for both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree or equivalent in business or related field. Courses or formal training in marketing research or quantitative research preferred.
