Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.As the Manager of AI Strategy within the Brand Communications and Digital Marketing team you will drive the exploration and implementation of AI technologies to unlock growth opportunities and transform how we connect with our audiences. This role will focus on leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences personalize marketing efforts and accelerate the teams ability to scale innovative solutions. You will collaborate across brand communications and digital marketing teams to develop a strategic roadmap for AIdriven growth initiatives ensuring these solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing processes. With a blend of technical acumen and strategic vision you will position the organization to lead in an increasingly AIenabled marketing landscape.
How Youll Shine:
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap of AI initiatives to drive growth and elevate marketing impact.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to explore AI applications that enhance customer engagement including personalization dynamic content and predictive trends.
- Identify opportunities to optimize marketing processes reduce inefficiencies and scale campaigns through AIdriven automation.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies identifying tools that align with growth objectives and customer needs.
- Serve as a thought leader on AI trends presenting actionable insights to stakeholders and building organizational readiness for AI adoption.
Travel Requirements:
- 5 only for larger team meetings.
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business Computer Science or a related field
- Strong understanding of AI applications in marketing including personalization audience segmentation and creative generation.
- Proven ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities using AI to improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
- Excellent collaboration skills with experience leading crossfunctional initiatives across marketing creative and technology teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate innovative ideas into actionable plans that drive measurable results.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms including those for content generation customer segmentation and chat automation.
- Experience with marketing technology solutions such as CDPs (e.g. Salesforce Adobe Experience Platform) and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of AI principles to evaluate and implement solutions effectively (e.g. natural language processing recommendation systems).
- 7 years of experience in marketing strategy digital innovation or technologydriven roles.
- 2 years of experience integrating AIdriven initiatives or tools into marketing workflows.
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
