BAND 5 PAEDIATRIC NURSE (RCN)

Job Title: Paediatric Nurse (RCN)
Banding: Band 5
Location: Kingston Upon Thames
Working Hours: Fulltime / Parttime
Rate: 21.00 29.02 per hour

Are you a skilled Band 5 Paediatric Nurse looking for a new opportunity Join our team at a leading NHS Trust located inKingston Upon Thames where you will provide exceptional care and support to our patients. What will your responsibilities be

  • Assessing planning implementing and evaluating patient care to ensure individual needs are met.
  • Administering medications treatments and therapies in line with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring patients conditions performing clinical observations and responding to any changes appropriately.
  • Communicating effectively with patients families and the wider healthcare team to ensure coordinated compassionate care.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives audits and ongoing professional development.
  • Promoting a positive safe and inclusive environment that enhances patient recovery and wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • NMC Registration 6 months minimum).
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical setting.
  • Passionate about delivering highquality patientcentered care.
  • Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team and effectively manage patient care.
