Overview

Immediate Hiring Need for a Calibration Technician

Training Available for Candidates with Mechanical Aptitude

We are seeking a responsible Calibration Technician to perform calibrations at our lab and local customer sites for internal parts and gauges. You will inspect and use measuring equipment to ensure accurate calibration following established procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect parts visually and use measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings
  • Operate and inspect equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment and tooling problems
  • Follow established inspection procedures and instructions
  • Document results in calibration management software
  • Maintain strong communication coordination and working relations with company personnel and management
  • Identify problems and provide suggestions
  • Complete reports and documents accurately
  • Ensure calibration functions are completed in accordance with standards and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to understand basic principles of calibration
  • Ability to understand standards and procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to closely follow written and verbal instructions

Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $2026/hour
  • Full Time:40 hours per week some overtime available occasional weekends
