Responsibilities
Provides assistance to the physician & direct care to the adolescent adult and geriatric patient. Also performs delegated unit tasks as assigned by the Registered Nurse.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
PREFERRED
- One 1 year of experience as a GI Lab Technician.
- Additional clinical specialty certifications in specific units including Certified Medical Assistant Certified Nursing Assistant Certified Patient Care Technician Certified Surgical Technologist Certified GI Tech.
- Visual color acuity screening depending on the role in specific units.
