PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
The lawyer in this role is expected to have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a lawyer combined with expertise in one or more specialty areas of legal practice (e.g. litigation antitrust mergers and acquisitions contracts and commercial law securities law privacy law health law technology law or employment and labor law). Law Degree must be a graduate of an accredited law school and admitted into the state bar.
The lawyer in this role is comparable to a counsel nonequity partner or service partner in a law firm and is a lawyer who can do sophisticated work as an individual contributor and/or supervise and project manage other individual legal professionals or teams of legal professionals to do the work.

Sedentary physical activity requiring reaching sifting lifting finger dexterity grasping feeling repetitive motions talking and hearing. Visual requirement is for close vision distance vision peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. 75 or more time is spent looking directly at a computer. Associate is frequently required to stand walk (or otherwise be mobile). Ability to deal with stressful situations as they arise.
