The Intern Regulatory Affairs will be responsible for ensuring that the companys products comply with all relevant regulations and laws. They work with the regulatory team to ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Additionally they may assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
The internship will begin on May 12th 2025 and will end on August 15th 2025.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER
Finished Good Compliance
- On going item specification sheet compliance review (BRC certification requirement)
- Validation of our suppliers import documents to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Ensure concordance of the different documents and systems pertaining to an item sku following packaging transition.
Product validation for data integrity in GS1 Global Standard for trading business
- Ensure GS1 data base for item packaging information is in concordance with the current packaging available on the market
Maintenance of the nutritional profile of our products
- Ensure nutritional analysis are up to date in our different data bases
- Genesis support for transition to cloud
- Front of Packaging nutritional symbol
YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU
Are currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Food Science Microbiology Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs or a related field (have at least completed second year)
Are active in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community
Have previous related internship experience (an asset)
Are detailoriented organized analytical selfmotivated and willing to take initiative
Have excellent written verbal and interpersonal communications skills
Are perfectly bilingual (English and French) will be interacting with colleagues across Canada
Have a high sense of responsibility and management of multiple tasks under minimal supervision
Have good knowledge of Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
