About the role:
Were on a mission to revolutionize contact center agent workflows through intelligent automation. As a Senior SoftwareEngineer you will build AIpowered automation infrastructure that can see think and actleveraging computer vision LLMs and browser automation to streamline agent tasks. This is a unique opportunity to shape a nextgen AI platform applying cuttingedge LLM GenAI and automation technologies to drive efficiency in customer service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AIpowered workflow automation that interacts with screen or web components mimicking human actions in digital environments.
- Build and deployscalable highperformance AI/ML systems that support realtime intelligent decisionmaking.
- Work across thefull stack integrating backend services AI models and frontend automation.
- Collaborate with product managers machine learning engineers and other crossfunctional teams to define prototype and implement AIdriven agent workflows.
Qualifications We Value:
- 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on AIpowered workflow automation fullstack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python Go and experience with ML/NLP frameworks like PyTorch TensorFlow or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles data structures algorithms and scalable architecture.
- Handson experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes).
- Bonus: Familiarity with computer vision RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or browser automation tools to enable intelligent screen interactions.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary equity and a variety of benefits.
