Job Description

RECEPTIONIST HOAMCO (Albuquerque NM)

HOAMCOis seeking a fulltimeReceptionistfor our Albuquerque westside office. We are looking for candidates who are friendly professional and accustomed to working in a fastpaced environment. As the first contact with our clients and guests providing excellent customer service is of the utmost importance. This position will encompass both reception front desk duties and additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

23 years of reception/administrative experience is preferred
Dependable reliable attendance is key in this role
Advanced written and verbal communication skills; excellent telephone etiquette
Must be committed to providing excellent customer service
Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office products
Outgoing friendly and helpful personality is a must for this position

Job Responsibilities:

Managing front entrance area
Greeting all visitors/homeowners to determine their immediate needs
Answering a multiline phone system
Clerical/administrative support as assigned

Selected candidate will be asked to complete skills testing with us prior to being hired.

Background and drug screening is required for selected candidate.
