Your mission
We are looking for a motivated Growth Analyst who will play an integral role growing our app into the #1 daily AI learning companion for over one billion students worldwide. As Growth Analyst you will be part of our growing Marketing Team directly reporting to the our Chief of Staff Anna Krebs.

Your mission will be to...
- Analyze data from app stores advertising platforms and mobile measurement platforms to identify potential optimizations for app marketing goals in organic and paid media
- Create meaningful performance reports and dashboards and develop targeted measures to increase user acquisition activation and conversion
- Optimize keywords and product pages to improve visibility and performance in app stores (think App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Optimize KPIs and budgets and continuously test new approaches to improve campaign results across multiple channels (TikTok Snap Google Meta)
- Monitor current trends on TikTok and come up with new ad creative ideas to attract GenZ
- Drive additional growth initiatives (i.e. with SEO or creator challenges) and constantly be on the lookout for new organic growth trends

Your story
- You have a completed degree in Business Administration Finance or a similar field or bring equivalent qualifications
- You are excited by growth hacking and testing out new bets with speed and urgency
- You have an entrepreneurial background and ideally worked with advertising platforms for your own entrepreneurial projects already
- You are familiar with advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads Google or Meta Ads
- You are extremely numbers driven and are able to work with SQL. In other words you love data!
- You believe in the power of speed and and love to get your hands dirty
- You are obsessed with serving the user and strive to deliver over sticking to processes
