A missionoriented independently operated health system is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to work in Trafalgar IN...40 minutes northwest of Columbus!!

Benefits: Family Medicine Physician
- Base salary $235k$250k Bonus Potential....up to $330k with RVU bonus

About this role: Family Medicine Physician
- Position is open due to a retiring physician
- 4 Day workweek
- 1722 patients per day but can be more if desired
- Joining a team of 4 1 NP 1 FM 1 Peds and 1 Behavioral)
- Weekday call 1:12 weekend call once every 3 months....call is very light on call days
- Providers desiring to do procedures are welcome
- Teaching opportunity if desired . Medical students residents NP/PA academic options.

- BC/BE Family Medicine
- IN Licensed or in Process
- J1 and H1B accepted
