THE PRACTICE
Humboldt County Behavioral Health Eureka CA
Humboldt County Behavioral Health provides mental health services for Humboldt County residents including eligible MediCal patients. Their county services provide treatment to address their residents mental health systems arranging followup quality care and a referral network of resources. TBH supports Humboldt County Behavioral Health with Adult and Child & Adolescent physicians to address the needs of their patients.
TeleHybrid Outpatient Services
- Adult Services
- Flexible 8 or 10 hours of coverage Monday Friday
- 3 weeks tele services 1 week inperson
- No call nights or weekends
- Case load of 250
- Volume of 68 patients per day
- Average of 15 intakes per week
- 60 minutes for an initial eval and 30 minutes for a followup visit
- Onsite one week per month travel costs covered by TBH (for W2 employees)
- Clinic hosts NP trainees physician candidates should be comfortable being a preceptor

THE AREA
- Eureka is a port city in Northern California. Its Old Town district features elaborate Victorian houses such as the nearby Carson Mansion.
