Job Description
TPF Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a highlysuccessful chartered accountancy practice based in Sittingbourne. Our client islooking for an experienced bookkeeper with accountancy practice experience tojoin their successful team. This will be a handson position where you willhave your own client allocation and provide a mixed array of bookkeeping VATand cloud software services to a varied portfolio of clients. You will use Xeroand QuickBooks software as well as many other cloud softwares and training canbe provided if necessary.
Our client has an excellent team and a relaxed butambitious working environment. They also have a very sizeable and interestingclient portfolio above what youd expect from a local firm of accountants.There will be an occasional requirement to travel to clients premises but themajority of the work will be office based.
Both full time and parttime applicants will be considered.
- Client bookkeeping
- Preparation and submission of quarterly VATreturns and potentially CIS returns
- Support clients on a variety of accountingsoftware including Xero QuickBooks Sage Dext Freeagent Kashflow etc
- Assisting with or preparing monthly managementaccounts
Requirements
- You will be AAT qualified or qualified byexperience and have experience of bookkeeping and preparing vat returns withinan accountancy practice.
- You will have a minimum of 3 years experienceand knowledge of cloud accounting software would be advantageous.
- Both full time and parttime applicants will beconsidered.
