Job Description
Spacesaver located in Fort Atkinson WI has a handson Mechanical Design Coop opportunity for an engineering student.
At Spacesaver we pride ourselves on being industry leaders dedicated to producing highquality products. As we continue to innovate and grow we are looking for passionate and detailorientated individuals who share our commitment to excellence.
This Coop starts in June 2025 and ends in December of 2025. The ideal candidate would be available 40 hours per week during this timeframe.
Only applicantsattending a Wisconsin college/university or local candidates attending an out of state school accepted. Students are responsible for their own housing arrangements.
As a Mechanical Design Engineering CoOp you will:
- Detail design and engineering documentation of Spacesaver product lines
- Contributing to the design of new products by providing ideas concepts analysis critical thinking and documentation
- Participate in prototype building and testing and report test results
- Maintenance of existing products to support performance manufacturing quality and cost improvements

We are located 15 minutes from the UWWhitewater campus.
Required Experience
Preferred candidateswill haveAutoCAD and 3D modeling skills.
